What Summit is and Isn’t
Summit is the general contractor (GC) that orchestrates your building project with our staff, our subcontractors, the municipality, and all stakeholders.
Summit is…
- A full-service construction firm handling design consultation, permitting, foundation work, and complete construction oversight
- One GC who knows your entire project and stays accountable from start to finish — not a structure-only builder who leaves you to coordinate all the trades yourself
- A firm that prioritizes long-term value and build quality over lowest cost
- Experienced with northeast Oklahoma’s soil conditions, county permit processes, and rural property logistics
Summit is NOT…
- A design firm (we work from your plans or collaborate with architects, but we don’t create architectural drawings)
- A financing company (you bring your own construction loan, HELOC, or cash)
- A real estate agent or property seller
- A warranty or insurance company (we carry sufficient insurance limits and we guarantee our work, but we don’t insure your property)

Almost every build starts underground. Alan’s 30+ years in engineer-spec concrete means your foundation is designed and built right from the start. No blame-shifting between foundation and structure contractors.
2. Honest, Realistic Conversation from Day One:
We don’t oversell or under-deliver. During your free consultation, we tell you what’s possible, what it costs, and what timeline is realistic. If your project isn’t a good fit for Summit, we’ll tell you that too.
3. True Project Oversight, Not Hands-Off Subcontracting:
Alan and Ally stay involved in every project. We don’t sign a contract and disappear. Weekly check-ins, problem-solving, and genuine communication with you throughout the build.

Summit serves Tulsa, Rogers, Wagoner, Creek, Washington, Osage, Pawnee, Mayes, Cherokee, and Okmulgee counties. We primarily operate in the Tulsa metro area and extending into rural northeast Oklahoma. If you’re anywhere in the State of Oklahoma and ready to build, we’d love to meet you.
Tulsa City Limits Note:
Summit builds anywhere within Oklahoma, including within Tulsa City limits—some builders will not. If your property is located inside the City of Tulsa, Summit is equipped to build on it — including handling all City of Tulsa permits and inspections.
